Premier Amateur Basketball
The Boston Amateur Basketball Club has evolved into one of the premier amateur basketball programs in the country.
Collegiate and Professional Alumni
BABC has sent countless players to the collegiate and professional levels.
BABC Academy will offer elite club teams grades 3-8. Teams will play a very competitive and challenging schedule that will focus on development and exposure.
Our program focuses on sharpening skills while fostering a deep love for the game. In addition to our elite teams, BABC Academy will feature a robust youth programming lineup that includes camps, clinics, and training sessions tailored for young basketball players ensuring continuous improvement, instilling confidence, and creating pathways for players to pursue higher levels of competition.
At BABC Academy, our dedicated coaches are the cornerstone of our program, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for developing young athletes.
Each coach understands the importance of mentoring athletes, and promoting values such as teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. With a focus on both skill development and character building, our coaching staff is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of basketball players.

Jamie Spinner
Director
James Spinner is the Elementary Director and Camp Regional Director entering his 10th year with ASA Hoops. Coach Spinner has become a critical part of the coaching staff leading and directing camps and clinics. A former point guard for Newton South High School, James is a true student of the game. His passion for teaching coupled with his knowledge of basketball makes him a perfect fit for BABC Academy. James holds an undergraduate degree from Framingham State in Criminology and has been working in behavioral management for over 2 years.
Frankie Depace
Coach
Frankie is in his 10th year of coaching High School basketball. 4 years at Melrose High School and is currently now at Boston Latin School as the Head JV coach and lead Varsity assistant. This is his 5th year with ASA coaching AAU as well.
